Is this your next challenge in E-Commerce?Product Strategy & Vision:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Guardian E-Commerce.Align the E-Commerce’s capabilities with business goals and vendor needs.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with vendors, internal teams (e.g., procurement, supply chain, IT), and leadership to gather requirements and prioritize features.Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and ensure their needs are addressed.Product Development:Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.User Experience:Ensure the E-Commerce app and site is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets the needs of diverse vendor personas.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the platform.Performance Monitoring:Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of the E-Commerce app and site.Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Compliance & Security:Ensure the portal complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.Collaborate with security teams to implement robust data protection measures.Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the vendor portal.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance vendor engagement and operational efficiency.Do you have experience in Digital Product Management and E-Commerce?Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.Experience:3+ years of product management experience, preferably with customer-facing or E-Commerce platforms.Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of web-based platforms, APIs, and system integrations.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Soft Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
