We believe the future of work is human-plus-AI - people supported by intelligent digital teammates that take the busywork out of business.🎯 The RoleWe’re looking for a curious, hands-on graduate or early-career technologist to join us as a Junior AI Agent Designer (Casual). This role blends business analysis and AI design. You’ll map client processes, design AI agents, and test real automations that make work smarter, faster, and more human.🧩 What You’ll Do- Map and document business processes end-to-end- Identify opportunities for automation or AI augmentation- Design, prompt, and configure agents using platforms like RelevanceAI (preferred), Lindy, CrewAI, or n8n- Show prompting literacy - frame clear instructions and iterate for better outputs- Test methodically - identify happy paths, edge cases, and exception flowsCreate simple documentation, user guides, and handover materials💡 What You Bring- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of work- Ability to map and communicate business processes clearly- Clear written communication and attention to detail- Structured, methodical approach to testing and iteration- Growth mindset - willing to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly🙏 Nice-to-haves (not required):- Exposure to AI agent platforms (Relevance AI, Lindy, CrewAI, n8n)- Experience with scripting or workflow logic (Python, JavaScript)- Familiarity with APIs or data integrations- Projects in consulting, startups, or innovation labs🚀 Why You’ll Love It Here- Casual role (1–2 days per week) with flexible hybrid working- Mentorship from senior consultants and AI builders- Real-world experience designing agents for live client projects- A creative, high-trust team that values learning and experimentation- The chance to shape how AI and humans work together- We kind of rock and have a zero a$$hole policy📬 How to ApplySend your CV and a short note on why you’re interested to Rupert Henshaw, Chief Talent Officer at rupert@humanlyagile.com.
