Specialized in a wide array of premium services including Business Automation, Industrial Digitization, Low code Development, Cloud Services, Warehouse Automation & Strategic Outsourcing.Founded in 2014, Advansys is part of the INTRO Group, a private conglomerate established in 1980 with diverse investments across different business areas, oil and gas, real estate, specialized engineering, financial investment, Food & manufacturing.Job Summary:The AI and Automation Senior Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing automation solutions across Fixed and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) domains with a focus on HDM (Home Device Management) systems and CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) management. This role involves system integration, API design and implementation, data visualization through Splunk dashboards, and proactive issue resolution in collaboration with network and security teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, scripting, and networking, coupled with solid knowledge of automation tools and practices.RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive automation use cases related to Fixed and FWA services managed by HDM systems. Define, implement, and document new RESTful APIs, including input/output specifications and integration flows. Ensure HDM system stability, performance, and regular maintenance. Monitor and track CPE connectivity issues, coordinating with relevant network and operations teams for resolution. Develop and manage Splunk dashboards to visualize and analyze Fixed CPE statistics and performance metrics. Lead system integration efforts between HDM and third-party platforms to enable extended automation capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, fixed, and security) to troubleshoot and resolve provisioning and connectivity anomalies. Contribute to the development of AI-driven automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and predictive analyticsPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. 4+ years of experience in system administration, automation, or network integration roles. Experience with Splunk, Elastic, or similar monitoring/analytics platforms. Familiarity with cloud-based automation (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
