Senior Associate, Data Analyst

Support the Group Operations Operational Excellence and Performance Management programs/projects.Co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders to follow-up on actions, facilitate discussions to take things to closure, etc. and help manager take projects to successful completion including performance reviews submissions and reports.Supporting project activities in accordance with the objectives set by the Head of MGN Egypt.Consistent Development on New Reports as per Business Alignment.Prepares Daily Progress Report to keep track and check on internal targets of Group Operation.Preparing Presentations of analyzed reports for Business Development meeting.Provide Analysis of Key indicators with concrete options/plans for improvements.Provide assistance with the identification and resolution of data quality issues.Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and report generation.Communicate and present analytical findings to the management team.Manage timeline for milestones and actions on the projects.Supporting creation of reporting and MIS for project governance and reviews in Excel.Supporting design and creation of PowerPoint presentations.Visually enhancing the content in presentations using best in class PowerPoint standards and corporate presentation guidelinesUniversity Degree related to Business Administration, Operations, project management or similar.Overall work experience of at least 2-3 years.Excellent knowledge of basic and advanced delivery tools such as Excel and Power point.Ability to work under pressure, with ambiguity and in the context of committed delivery schedules.Interest and aptitude to quickly learn new tools and technologies.Enthusiastic, highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.Strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting with clear and concise data analysis and presentation.The leading financial institution in MENAWhile more than half a century old, we proudly think like a challenger, startup, and innovatorin banking and finance, powered by a diverse and dynamic team who put customers first.Together, we pioneer key innovations and developments in banking and financial services.Our mandate?
