Job PurposeThe Business Analysis Specialist will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by conducting in-depth financial modeling, financial feasibility analysis , pricing models, and inventory pricing, monitoring, and analysis. This role ensures the company’s projects are competitive, profitable, and aligned with market demand, providing actionable insights for senior management to drive sustainable growth.Job Responsibilities:· Developing projects’ business plan (sales, collection, delivery, and KPIs)· Develop and update financial models for several types of real estate development (residential, commercial, admin, educational, health,etc).· Identify the suitable financial KPIs for each project depending on type of project.· Develop and update pricing models for each project.· Setting and updating units’ premiums one by one for each project.· Provide in-depth analysis of sales performance and recommend actions for fast-moving and slow-moving products.· Development project management for each project launch.· Coordinating between departments to ensure projects’ alignment from pre-launch to closing.· Identifying new potential opportunities in current and new land banks.· Preparing periodic projects’ performance reports.· Work on company-wide presentations as a focal point for the top management.· Develop and update financial models for company internal development projects.· Gathering market data and applying competitive analysis.· Doing site visits to evaluate new business opportunities and monitoring running projects.· Researching newly introduced project types to be able to financially model it.· Studying projects’ technical aspects and ensuring full understanding of all products and features.Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related applied mathematics field. · 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, or financial planning, preferably within the real estate or investment sector. · Strong knowledge of financial modeling, feasibility studies, and market analysis. · Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau). · Strong understanding of real estate market pricing and inventory dynamics. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. · Project management skills are preferred. · Fluency in English Benefits
