The Reservation Agent will handle reservation inquiries, manage bookings, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, maintaining accurate reservation records, coordinating with restaurant staff, and providing timely assistance to guests. The role also involves engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Reservation managementStrong Customer Service and Communication skillsExperience in Receptionist Duties, including record maintenance and coordinationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and remain highly organizedFamiliarity with reservation software is a plusPrevious experience in hospitality or the restaurant industry is advantageousFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
