Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager based in Heliopolis. The Quality Manager will oversee and ensure the effectiveness of quality assurance processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to uphold service standards. They will conduct audits, analyze performance data, and train team members to drive adherence to quality protocols. Additionally, the role involves collaborating cross-functionally to align quality objectives with organizational goals.Responsibilities1. Quality planning and standards definitions.2. Analyse business performance and develop quality solutions.3. Plan monthly activities, assign targets to quality control team and design quality reports.4. Coordinate with other departments and clients to set figures and quality approach.5. Design internal audits on organizational processes to identify any bottlenecks and provide solutions to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements:- Very Good English - Preferable Experience in BPO Companies- 8 years as quality supervisor/section head
