About the RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Lead you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding You’ll partner closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs, design effective recruitment campaigns, and ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.Key Responsibilities•           Lead recruitment processes across all departments.•           Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.•           Manage employer branding initiatives and strengthen WRK+’s presence on professional platforms.•           Partner with managers to forecast hiring needs and create recruitment plans.•           Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.•           Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a great start.•           Track and report recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement.Qualifications•           Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.•           5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.•           Strong understanding of sourcing tools, and employer branding.•           Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.•           Hands-on experience with HR systems and applicant tracking tools.If you’re ready to take the lead in shaping the future of talent at WRK+ send your updated CV to hr@wrk.plus with the subject line “Talent Acquisition Lead – Your Name”.
