Job Description

Job Purpose:The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role is responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome, handling all front office operations efficiently, and ensuring smooth communication within the company.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable.Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (courier, mail, packages).Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews.Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy.Coordinate with office support teams (security, maintenance, housekeeping) to ensure smooth daily operations.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.Support HR and administration with employee onboarding and office events when required.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and positive attitude.High level of discretion, courtesy, and customer service orientation.
