This role will work closely with Business Operations and Financial Crime Risk Management teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision support systems.How You Will Make an Impact: Develop and deploy AI/ML models to optimize business operations and detect financial crime risksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases in operational workflows and compliance processesBuild scalable AI pipelines and APIs for integration into enterprise systemsApply machine learning techniques to automate fraud detection, anomaly detection, and risk scoringMonitor and evaluate model performance using KPIs and business impact metricsEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ethical AI standardsDocument models, processes, and decision logic for transparency and auditabilityStay current with AI advancements, especially in the domains of financial crime prevention and operational efficiencyWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fieldProven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environmentsProficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principlesFamiliarity with MLOps practices and toolsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsBeneficial Qualifications: experience with fraud detection, AML systems, or financial risk modeling.
