We are involved in the entire process from proposing these solutions to Rakuten Mobile's corporate clients and other Rakuten Group companies, through to their implementation and ongoing support.Why We HireDue to business expansion, we are seeking talent capable of leading Rakuten Mobile's DX Solution Engineering (including AI).Job Responsibilities■ OverviewYou will be responsible for a series of tasks from the selection and introduction to the operation and maintenance of the generative AI software "Rakuten AI," DX solutions (such as AI surveillance cameras, digital signage, AI robot vacuum cleaners) for embedded devices, and DX solutions that link with various devices like smartphones/tablets/PCs.We are looking for individuals who can play an active role in a wide range of phases, from proposal and implementation support to ensuring stable operation for our customers.■ DetailsOverall Management Of DX Solution Implementation And DeliveryManage and coordinate the entire process from introduction to completion to ensure that ordered devices and solutions are delivered on time, within agreed specifications and budget.Collaboration And Coordination With Internal And External StakeholdersWork closely with internal teams such as planning, DX solution sales, and support, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth project progression."Rakuten AI" Implementation Support:Provide implementation support for the "Rakuten AI" software solution, which is at the core of our DX solutions, based on specific customer requirements and requests.Embedded Device Provisioning And ManagementResponsible for the provisioning (setup and preparation) and management of embedded devices for DX-related equipment (AI surveillance cameras, digital signage, etc.) bundled with Rakuten Mobile communication. Also, support the selection of equipment and solutions chosen by Rakuten Mobile.Customer Training, Document Provision, And Initial Setup SupportProvide training and documentation, and offer support for initial setup and configuration, with the goal of effective utilization of the introduced DX solutions.Feedback For Product Improvement And Suggestions To Planning TeamContribute to the continuous improvement of products and services by collecting information on customer needs and potential functional enhancements for solutions, and providing feedback to the planning team.Language UsageGiven that most of our customers are Japanese companies, communication and document creation will overwhelmingly be in Japanese rather than English.Work EnvironmentDX Engineering Section: 10 membersEmbedded Service Team: 2 membersOur team consists of members from diverse backgrounds, not only from the IT and mobile industries, who leverage their expertise and experience to contribute to the department and projects. Therefore, even those with experience in different industries can fully utilize their cultivated knowledge and skills in this new environment.Minimum QualificationsPractical experience (approx. 3+ years) in selection, introduction, and support of IoT devices, after-sales service, or technical sales. Practical experience in negotiating and managing with vendors handling IoT devices.Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Experience with the end-to-end process of device ordering, delivery, and after-sales support.Preferred Qualifications・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).・PM experience in device development/DX solution development projects, or experience as an implementation manager in your own department or company.・Experience with process flow and operation flow.・Work experience in the IT/telecommunications industry.・Experience in project planning and management.・Experience proposing and supporting DX solutions at a consulting firm is a plus.・Experience leading business efficiency improvements using AI is a plus.OthersAdditional Information on Location:Tokyo (Futako-Tamagawa Rise Office)Additional Information on Relocation/Business Trips:Possible (Domestic and international business trips and transfers may be required.)LanguagesEnglish (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
