Job DescriptionOur client, a leading company in the media industry, is exploring the cutting edge of AI-driven video generation. They are currently experimenting with a variety of generative models and are particularly interested in building workflows and production pipelines around open-source video generation frameworks.We are now looking for a consultant with hands-on experience in AI-based video generation who can guide the client in defining best practices, setting up scalable infrastructure, and evaluating which models and approaches best fit their creative and technical goals.This is a hybrid role, combining strategic advisory work with hands-on prototyping and experimentation.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation for video generation and enhancementDesign and implement proof-of-concept pipelines for generative video workflowsSupport the client’s internal teams in understanding and applying open-source models effectivelyContribute to the setup of compute infrastructure and data management for video synthesis and trainingCollaborate with creative and technical stakeholders to align AI capabilities with production needsStay up-to-date with emerging models, tools, and research in generative videoQualificationsProven experience working with AI-driven video generation or visual generative modelsStrong understanding of diffusion models, transformer architectures, and video-to-video frameworks
