Job SummaryWe are seeking talented new graduates to join our team as AI Engineers. You'll design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that solve real-world business problems -- working at the intersection of machine learning and software engineering. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models, cloud ML infrastructure, and end-to-end AI system development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and Generative AI applications for production use casesBuild end-to-end AI systems including data pipelines, model training infrastructure, and inference APIsDevelop intelligent applications using Large Language Models (AI agents, chatbots, RAG systems, automation workflows)Integrate AI models into applications through REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecturesDeploy and manage models on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with focus on scalability and reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsWrite clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviewsStay current with the latest research and emerging trends in AI/ML and LLMsRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fieldStrong coursework in machine learning, deep learning, algorithms, and data structuresProficiency in Python programming with core libraries (NumPy, pandas, Matplotlib)Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learnUnderstanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, and how LLMs workFamiliarity with REST APIs, vector databases, and prompt engineering conceptsKnowledge of cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsHands-on experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, or personal portfolioNice to HaveExperience with Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Llama) and OpenAI APIs or Hugging Face TransformersFamiliarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, Pydantic, Strands, ADK)Experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, or autonomous workflowsKnowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and vector databasesProduction deployment experience on Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AIUnderstanding of Git, Docker, CI/CD practices, and MLOps toolsExperience with model fine-tuning or training from scratchGitHub portfolio with documented AI/ML projectsKaggle competitions, hackathons, or open-source contributionsLife at CapgeminiCapgemini Supports All Aspects Of Your Well-being Throughout the Changing Stages Of Your Life And Career.
