AI Engineer Customer solutions

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for customer-centric use cases in banking; Build internal proof-of-concept (PoC) models and scale them into production-ready systems;Collaborate with external vendors to integrate third-party AI technologies and platforms;Work closely with business units and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into AI solutions;Design and implement scalable AI architectures and pipelines; Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation using advanced analytics techniques; Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and model deployment workflows; Monitor and maintain AI models in production, ensuring performance and compliance. OUR REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field;Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/ AI development; Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling; Experience with data storage, querying, processing and pipeline tools and model deployment and serving;Understanding of MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.;Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. WE OFFER: Excellent professional opportunity in Top 5 Bulgarian Bank; Visibility and key role in a dynamic and innovative team at a successful international bank; Opportunity to get valuable insights and deep understanding of banking industry and business development; Challenging opportunity for career development; On-going training; Additional holiday days; Additional Medical Care; Special Discounts and offers; Interesting and dynamic job.
