As an essential contributor to our mission of transforming healthcare, you'll play a leading role in building AI-driven solutions that directly influence clinical research and, ultimately, improve patient care. We’ve already deployed multiple use cases in production, and your skills will be crucial in pushing the boundaries of healthcare AI.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll take on complex challenges that will stretch your abilities and creativity:Choose and orchestrate the right models to process and analyze multimodal dataDesign and implement cutting-edge RAG techniques to efficiently handle large medical documents and patient historiesBuild agentic systems to revolutionize key aspects of drug development such as patient recruitment or site selectionWork closely with cross-functional teams (software engineers, product managers, data engineers) to seamlessly integrate AI into our platformCollaborate with medical experts to gather ground truth data and improve our productHere are some examples of projects you might work on:Our prescreening tool: an app relying on the latest reasoning models and visual RAG to accelerate patient recruitment. It's already being used across more than 50 clinical sites to assess patient eligibility at scale.
