Job SummaryYou'll revolutionize development workflows by designing sophisticated AI agent systems at Sentri AI, where we're transforming information security compliance for the professional service industry. Working directly with our founding team, you'll create reusable AI frameworks using Claude Code that accelerate engineering velocity by 10x. This role offers direct founder mentorship, comprehensive AI training, and a clear path to full-time employment with equity - perfect for students who want to be at the forefront of AI-first development.What You'll Do• Design and build AI agent systems using Claude Code and advanced AI tools to automate development workflows• Create reusable Claude subagents and orchestration frameworks for complex coding task delegation• Develop internal tools and infrastructure that dramatically accelerate development velocity through intelligent automation• Pioneer best practices for AI-first software development and human-AI collaboration patterns• Contribute to building and maintaining our AI evaluation and improvement infrastructure• Collaborate with engineering team to identify automation opportunities and implement AI solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks• Stay at the forefront of AI agent development, experimenting with emerging tools and techniques to maintain our competitive edgeRequired Qualifications• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)• Strong proficiency in Python• Experience with prompt engineering and understanding of LLM capabilities/limitations• Experience or strong interest in developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, or automation systems• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex tasks for AI delegation• Self-directed learning ability and comfort with ambiguity in rapidly evolving technical landscapes• Outstanding communication skills to evangelize AI-first practices across the organizationPreferred Qualifications• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks• Background in multi-agent systems or workflow orchestration platforms• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)• Open-source AI/automation project contributionsCompensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: CA$18/hourCareer Progression: Clear path to full-time role with competitive salary and equity for top performersMentorship: Direct daily collaboration and mentorship from CTO and founding teamProfessional Development: Comprehensive training in Claude Code, advanced prompting, and AI workflow automationFlexibility: Flexible working hoursLearning Opportunities: Access to cutting-edge AI tools and practices not available in traditional educationHigh-Impact Environment: Opportunity to shape key product decisions and contribute to strategic discussionsLocation: Remote
