ambition to redefine excellence in banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include:Engineer next-generation Conversational AI platforms (voice + chat) with Large Language Models (LLM) based agentsBuild reusable frameworks for mobile and digital channel integrationEnsure solutions deliver natural, secure, and human-like interactions at scaleDevelop automation agents for banking operations (Know Yours Customer (KYC), compliance, customer service, risk monitoring)Build orchestration frameworks for multi-agent workflows and human-in-the-loop governanceImplement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases and knowledge graphsEnsure enterprise knowledge platforms are secure, compliant, and continuously updatedDeliver AI-driven enterprise search for employees and customersDesign, test and refine prompts to optimize Large Language Models (LLM) performancesExpert in advance fine tuning methods using parameter efficient tuning techniquesExperience with Observability and Monitoring Agentic workflowsDeep understanding in LLM evaluation metrics and frameworksBuild and maintain AI/ML platform components: deployment, monitoring, scaling, governanceOperationalize LLMs, embedding models, and custom ML solutions across business use casesBuild Application Programming Interface (APIs), Software Development Kits (SDKs), and Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines for AI integration into enterprise applicationsImplement Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) best practices for automation, retraining, monitoring, and drift managementEstablish engineering guardrails for model fairness, security, explainability, and complianceEnsure operational resilience, high availability, and disaster recovery for AI servicesDefine and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of various platformsMastery in programming with Python for Generative AI applications.Build Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) pipelines using Azure AI Foundry or AWS SageMakerDeploy and consume Azure foundation models and manage serverless deploymentsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience: At least 5+ years in leading AI/ML engineering, platform development, or large-scale digital product engineeringProven experience deploying AI/ML solutions at enterprise scaleBachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field requiredMaster’s degree or equivalent in AI/ML is preferredAI/ML EngineeringDeep expertise in ML, deep learning, and transformer-based modelsHands-on experience with LLMs, multimodal AI (text, vision, speech)Skilled in RAG, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and knowledge graphsFamiliar with agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworksExperience in NLP/NLU, personalization, and recommendation systemsProven ability to build scalable AI platforms using microservices and cloud-native toolsProgramming and ToolsAdvanced Python for AI/ML engineeringProficient in Azure and AWS cloud platformsStrong SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra)Familiar with GraphQL, REST, and FAST APIsSkilled in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Superset)Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes,
