Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and research teams, you will analyze market and user needs and lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch to deliver impactful solutions.■Key Responsibilities・Lead the definition and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for AI products.・Develop and manage product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.・Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver high-quality AI products.・Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation.・Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.・Manage the product backlog and prioritize features for development.・Work closely with marketing and sales teams to launch and promote new AI products.■Requirements【Required】・5+ years of product management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS.・Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English.・Ability to link complex technical concepts to business strategy.・Proven success working with R&D/engineering teams.・Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration skills.【Preferred】・Experience with AI/ML, document processing, or automation.■IndustrySoftware / IT■SalaryJPY 9,000,000 - 13,000,000 per annum■JOB ID: VAC-281475*If you are interested in this exciting position, we look forward to your application.
