AI Prompt Engineer

Write highly effective AI agents for some of the largest financial service firms and Consumer Brands. Craft high-impact prompts for AI agents to produce accurate responses. You will own end to end setup - from initial kickoff call to testing, iteration, and QA.What you will OwnDesign end-to-end workflows & user journeys across industriesWrite & optimize prompts for accuracy, tone, and contextEvaluate outputs via checklists/A-B tests, edge-case reviews, and user feedbackDrive continuous quality improvementsTroubleshoot response issues; define guardrails and instructions to reduce hallucinationsDocument best practices and playbooks for repeatable deliveryWork with product and tech teams to deliver on-time and customer centric outputWhat we are looking forAnalytical, curious, iterative; comfortable running lightweight experiments and reviewsTool-savvy with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.); no coding required (low/no-code builders a plus)Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.Previous experience in Business analytics or tech or product roles of 0-1 year of experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
