Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 具体要求： 熟练使用Python，熟悉 Linux开发环境和shell，熟悉主流深度学习工具和框架，如Pytorch等； 具备NLP大模型训练、微调、部署经验者优先，如llama、 GPT、ChatGLM等LLM相关经验； 具备创新思维，具备良好的沟通能力及交付能力； 良好的团队合作能力，具备优秀的分析解决问题的能力和强烈的责任心。 有大模型算法/产品落地经验者优先；有意图识别、问答/对话系统、信息检索背景优先；有扎实的后端开发经验者优先。 实际项目经验要求： 1. 云厂商集成能力，包括Azure，AWS 2. 熟悉主流商用接口，API范式 3.熟悉现有的主流框架，比如langchain，fastchat，ragflow，dify等 4.实际落地的部署经验 5.了解实际模型训练的技术，比如Lora 6.有实际rag项目经验
