AI Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI Software Engineer to join our Vasco da Gama team.Your role is to design and develop Generative AI AND Machine Learning solutions, integrate LLMs and vector databases, implement and optimize models with Python, and deliver scalable AI services within an agile team. 💼 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGDesign and develop solutions based on Generative AI and Machine Learning, including integration with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.Implement and optimize models using Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.Apply fine-tuning and transfer learning techniques to adapt models to specific domains.Develop APIs and services to expose AI models in a scalable way.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.Be part of an agile team, contributing to technical reviews and promoting best practices.🔎 WHAT YOU’LL NEEDRequired Skills:Solid experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).Hands-on experience with language models and Generative AI (LLMs).Knowledge of fine-tuning, transfer learning, and advanced NLP techniques.Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace).Experience with data engineering, preprocessing, and training pipelines.Knowledge of SQL and data ingestion.Excellent English communication skillsNice to Have:Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or orchestration frameworks for Generative AI.Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker).Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone).Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and Git.RESTful API development and scalable service integration.Data visualization skills.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI workloads.🎯 WHAT DO WE OFFERHealth insurance for the whole familyHybrid and flexible working mode24 day paid vacation days + Anniversary DayIntegrate in global leading company with a culture based on relationships, human value, and efficiencyIf you are interested to join our team, please send us your application to: pt-hr_feg@fujifilm.com🌎 ABOUT FUJIFILMFUJIFILM PORTUGAL is a subsidiary of FUJIFILM Europe based in Porto.
