AI Team Lead

Job Type: Full-TimeSalary Bracket: 100 - 140K( Final salary will be based on relevant skills and experience demonstrated during the hiring process.)Elite IT Team is seeking a skilled and client-oriented AI Team Lead to manage end-to-end AI project delivery from client onboarding and technical consultation to team coordination and execution. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and leadership abilities with a solid understanding of AI systems, automation workflows, and technical project management.Elite IT Team is remote-first with 2–3 in-person gatherings per year. The selected candidate would be required to attend these gatherings at the company’s expense.Responsibilities:Conduct discovery and onboarding calls with potential and new clients focused on AI and automation projects.Present AI-driven solutions, close clients, and set clear deliverable expectations.Provide technical consultation on AI feasibility, data requirements, and system integration during pre-sales and planning phases.Assign internal AI and development resources, define milestones, and initiate projects post-onboarding.Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as feasibility reports, scope documents, and progress updates.Lead the AI development lifecycle, ensuring model design, testing, and deployment align with client needs and quality standards.Act as the primary bridge between clients, developers, and data science teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AI project coordination, consulting, or technical team management.Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, automation workflows, and model integration.Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, APIs, or frameworksAbility to translate business objectives into actionable AI and technical requirements.Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycles, agile development practices, and documentation standards.Prior experience in pre-sales, business development, or client growth roles within AI or software domains.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
