We also believe venture capital itself will change meaningfully. We are hiring our first motivated and skilled AI Tech Lead to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to build our proprietary technology platform from the ground up, helping us re-imagine all facets of Core’s operations. You will be instrumental in shaping our technological future and directly contributing to our investment success. You will have a ground floor seat to the future of venture capital. Join us in reshaping how we work.What You'll DoBuild and Own: Design, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable AI-first tech platform that will serve as the backbone for our fund operations. This includes, but is not limited to, tools for deal sourcing, CRM, portfolio management, data analytics, and LP reporting. You will own the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through deployment and maintenance. Partner: Work closely with the investment team to identify technological needs and translate them into actionable development plans. Innovate: Explore and implement next-gen AI solutions to enhance various aspects of our operations, such as deal identification, market analysis, deep research, and portfolio monitoring and support. You will help us stay up to date on AI-advancements. Technical Diligence (as needed): Provide technical expertise and support during due diligence for potential investments. Who You ArePassionate about computer science, GenAI, and the venture capital ecosystem. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. A self-starter with a strong sense of ownershipStrong communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go)Experience with database design and management and familiarity with cloud platforms is a plusWhile prior extensive experience is not required, a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver high-quality technical solutions is essential. Experience building projects from scratch, open-source contributions, personal tech projects, or operating at an early stage startup will be highly valued.
