Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an AI Trainer. The role involves designing, curating, and managing high-quality data to train AI systems effectively. Daily tasks include annotating, labeling, and refining datasets, improving the accuracy of AI predictions, developing training workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will play a critical role in optimizing AI algorithms and models by ensuring data quality and relevance while participating in improving natural language understanding and response systems. Qualifications Proficient in data annotation, labeling, and curation specifically for Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasksFamiliarity with machine learning, AI workflows, and basic programming knowledgeExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to work effectively in remote, diverse teamsStrong problem-solving abilities paired with attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of dataAdaptability and willingness to learn new tools and AI-related conceptsExperience with AI model evaluation and improving training data is a plusBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field preferred
