To drive cultural change and create tangible business impact with AI, we are looking for an AI Transformation Lead 100% (all genders).You will be responsible for boosting business value through AI by driving impactful transformation across the organization. This role plans and executes the tailored embedding of AI into the organizational fabric, creates measurable business value and an innovative mindset across all functions in close collaboration with HR and training functions. The AI Transformation Lead will spearhead AI adoption initiatives, educate and empower AI Ambassadors, manage strategic campaigns, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
