Just proof.About the RoleWe’re onboarding an AI UX / Prompt Experience Designer — a creative-systems hybrid who makes AI automations sound human, clear, and effective.You’ll design the conversation logic, tone, and messaging used across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and booking systems, helping small businesses deliver better customer experiences and measurable results.You’ll work closely with Lifecycle, Data, and Creative team members to ensure every automated interaction feels natural and drives conversion.What You'll DoMap and optimize conversational journeys from inquiry → booking → follow-up.Write and structure short, human-sounding message templates for automated flows.Build and maintain a Prompt Library with tone-tested message variants.Create System Prompts — clear instruction sets that define AI tone, behavior, and response logic.Test message timing, length, and style for engagement improvement.Measure, report, and document conversion improvements or engagement metrics.RequirementsPortfolio showing UX writing, chatbot scripting, or AI prompt design.Deep understanding of prompt structure, few-shot examples, and tone balancing.Strong written English with a natural conversational style.Comfort bridging creative writing and logical flow.Familiarity with no-code tools (Make.com, Zapier, or Meta API integrations) is a plus.Contract & CompensationTraining Phase (November): USD $450 fixed stipendOperational Phase (Dec+): USD $650–$750 monthly equivalent + performance bonusesPromotion: Eligible for permanent UX Lead after 60–90 days (based on KPIs)Application Process (interim)Apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply for initial screening.
