Job DescriptionResponsible for managing the Air and Sea third-party logistics (3PL) partner relationships including the onboarding process and ongoing account managementResponsible for managing relationships with 3PL after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these Air and Sea 3PLsProvide insights to stakeholders regarding vendor performance development strategyProvide insights from 3PLs perspective, including understanding products, market, and competitor dynamicsDaily meeting (Hypercare) with vendors to monitor Journey of Air and Sea FreightMonthly meeting with vendor Air and Sea to review the performance of vendorCoordinating with vendor management, control tower, and middle mile operation from all regions.RequirementsBachelor's in Industry Engineering / Logistic/ Supply Chain or any related field - ProposedAt least 2-3 years experience in Express / Logistics company/ Supply Chain Management as Business Intelligence / Performance Management / Control Tower/ Vendor ManagementHard Skills: Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc), SQL, Python, Visual Basic, Power BI is a plusGood data analytical skills and problem-solvingUnderstand end-to-end operation transport deliveryComfortable working with large data sets and numbers
