We operate a fleet of 70 aircraft (Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24), along with the Cirrus SF50, combining Swiss precision and exceptional service to deliver a refined private flying experience, exclusively for over 450 co-owners across Europe.As part of our ongoing development, we are looking for a dedicated aircraft maintenance professional to support our operational excellence. The role involves performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks in line with company standards and EASA regulations, while contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform aircraft maintenance within company privileges and EASA Part 66 / Part 145 limitations.Follow and apply Jetfly’s safety, compliance policies, manuals, and procedures.Issue certificates for release to service, EASA Form One, and serviceable tags.Troubleshoot technical issues and implement rational rectification using approved maintenance data.Complete assigned tasks within given timeframes, providing regular updates on job progress, defects, and encountered issues to relevant personnel.Report any defects causing operational deviations or restrictions to MCC.Inform Senior Technician / Team Leader of delays or job cancellations with proper justification.Lead, instruct, and motivate trainees to maximize efficiency, while promoting cost awareness within the team.Ensure work orders are accurate and complete, including parts, man-hours, and relevant information for discovered defects.Maintain high-quality documentation, properly filled and signed according to regulations and procedures.Receive, store, and preserve parts according to manufacturer specifications and legal/internal regulations, including proper packing of components for shipping, including IATA Dangerous Goods when applicable.Ensure tools are available, maintained, and in satisfactory condition for intended work.Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized.Perform scheduled and unscheduled tasks based on work orders and pilot reports, using approved maintenance data safely and efficiently.Support certifying staff during troubleshooting and component assembly/installation.Update the maintenance management system regularly to reflect activities, component changes, and man-hours.Report progress, defects, or delays to assigned certifying staff.ProfileStrong experience in aircraft maintenance and troubleshootingGood knowledge of EASA (EU) No 1321/2014 Part 145 regulationsCompleted technical apprenticeship or higher educationCurrent EASA B1.1 license holderMinimum 5 years of practical aircraft maintenance experienceType rating for Pilatus PC12 and/or PC24 considered an advantageTeam player, self-motivated, accurate, and well-organizedFlexible, quality-focused, and cost-consciousAble to work and interact with multiple departments and contactsWilling to travel occasionally and cover AOG duties or weekend shiftsFluent in French and English (written and spoken)Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of ERP systemsAs our operations are based at Geneva Airport, the candidate must present a clean criminal record to obtain the mandatory airport security pass.
