We are committed to:ExcellenceResponsibilityEmpowermentConnectivityCourageJob Summary:The Airport Engineer will be responsible for the design, layout, and supervision of airside facilities including runways, taxiways, aprons, and associated infrastructure. The role involves ensuring that all airport engineering designs meet international standards, environmental principles, and operational requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate across disciplines, lead design efforts, and support project execution from concept through construction.Responsibilities:Design and layout airside infrastructure — runways, taxiways, aprons, and related services — in compliance with international standards and environmental procedures.Prepare detailed engineering designs, specifications, cost estimates, and tender documents.Conduct design reviews, data analysis, and technical reports to support airport planning and development.Utilize design software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and AVIPLAN to prepare detailed layouts and modeling.Ensure adherence to ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and other relevant international codes and standards.Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, airport authorities, and clients to ensure design alignment and project success.Support project management activities including scheduling, quality assurance, and team supervision.Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.Participate in client presentations, proposal preparation, and technical meetings.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required); Master’s Degree in Airports Engineering (preferred).3–8 years of relevant experience in airport planning and design, preferably with international exposure.Strong working knowledge of airport engineering design principles and practices.Familiarity with international standards such as AASHTO and Middle East Road Standards.Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and AVIPLAN.Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.Preferred Attributes:Demonstrated experience in multi-disciplinary design coordination.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability in design.Kind Note:* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
