An expansion based on satisfied clients, true partnerships with customers as well as hotel suppliers, and visionary IT solutions.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Airport Team Leader to join our incoming agency in Marrakech for the upcoming season. As the first point of contact for our clients, the airport team plays a crucial role in delivering a warm and professional welcome. The Team Leader will oversee the airport operations, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.Main Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the airport team to ensure efficient and professional client reception.Coordinate and optimize the welcome process for arriving guests, ensuring alignment with company standards.Ensure smooth transfer operations from airport to hotel, including vehicle dispatch, driver coordination, and real-time issue resolution.Monitor flight schedules, anticipate delays, and adjust operations accordingly.Act as the main point of contact for Tour Operator representatives, ensuring their operations run smoothly.Train and brief team members regularly to maintain high service standards and up to date destination knowledge.Report operational issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.Manage staffing schedules, ensuring coverage for early morning and late-night arrivals.Ensure compliance with safety and service protocols at all times.Send a daily airport operations report to the head office at the end of each working day, detailing all relevant informationMaintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, incidents, and feedback.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in airport operations or a similar leadership role.Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, etc.) are a strong asset.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Customer service oriented with a proactive attitude.Good knowledge of the destination and local logistics.Flexible schedule, including availability for night shifts and weekends.Own vehicle required for mobility and operational flexibility
