As Director of Operations, you’ll be the architect of our systems, processes, and execution — ensuring we scale efficiently, sustainably, and with purpose. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams overseeing logistics, fulfillment, customer experience, forecasting, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
This role is designed for a strategic operator ready to evolve into a COO-level role as the business grows. In this Vancouver, BC-based role, you’ll balance your time between visiting our warehouse in East Vancouver and working from home, with occasional in-person team meetings. Responsibilities:

5+ years of experience in operations leadership, ideally in Consumer Packaged Goods, apparel, or e-commerce — you know what it takes to scale physical product businesses. A track record of growing companies from ~$10M to $50M+ in revenue, with firsthand experience building the systems and teams that make it possible. An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, where you’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are thinking big picture. A love for data and analytics, using insights to drive decisions, optimize margins, and solve complex challenges.
Experience managing supply chain, inventory, and logistics, with a talent for building strong relationships with vendors and partners. A customer-first mindset, understanding that operational excellence is key to delivering exceptional experiences. Strong financial acumen, with comfort working closely with budgets, forecasts, and P&L ownership. A knack for leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture across brands and departments. Excellent communication skills that inspire confidence and alignment at every level of the business. Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, inventory and ERP systems, and a curiosity to explore new technologies that drive efficiency.
Adaptability and resilience - you navigate change with grace and keep things moving forward, no matter how many priorities are on your plate. Comfort working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the organizational skills to keep multiple brands and projects running smoothly. A shared passion for transforming the period and wellness space, and having fun while doing it!Nice to Have: A degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
