Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Account Manager-Oracle Solutions with 3-5 years of experience to join our Oracle Solutions team. In this role, you will partner with the sales organization to drive business growth by understanding customer requirements and demonstrating how Oracle solutions—such as ERP, HCM, SCM, and financial systems—can solve real-world business challenges. You will act as the technical expert and trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, combining technical depth with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Understand Customer NeedsCollaborate with sales to gather and analyze customer requirements.

Translate business needs into Oracle solution opportunities. 2. Solution Design & DemonstrationDesign and deliver compelling, customized Oracle product presentations and demos. Tailor messaging to address specific pain points and industry needs. 3. Technical LeadershipProvide deep technical insight and guidance throughout the sales cycle. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical queries with clarity and precision. 4. Sales SupportLead or support discovery sessions, technical workshops, and customer engagements. Assist in strategy development for key deals and strategic accounts. 5. Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, Oracle teams, and partners. Position yourself as a credible, value-adding consultant in customer conversations. 6.

Product & Market ExpertiseStay informed on Oracle’s evolving product portfolio, including advancements in AI, cloud, and emerging tech. Share insights on industry trends and Oracle’s competitive positioning. 7. Mentorship & EnablementCoach and mentor junior presales engineers or sales consultants. Help improve internal tools, templates, and reusable assets. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in a presales, solution consulting, or technical account management role involving Oracle solutions. Expertise in one or more of the following Oracle domains:  ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials, or Cloud Applications. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and business justification skills. Solid understanding of sales processes, from discovery to closing.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex solution scenarios. Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and technical teams alike. Prior experience with Oracle certifications or consulting background is a plus.
