This role combines creative vision with project management, collaborating across editorial, marketing, and production to ensure every title reflects the brand and resonates with readers. Concept DevelopmentSupport Creative Director in researching the tone, genre, and audience of each manuscriptAssist with creating moodboards, visual references, and design inspiration to help establish the overall directionParticipate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for typography, imagery, layout, and coversStage 2: Cover DesignHelp prepare early-stage cover concepts and mockups under the guidance of the Creative DirectorCollect feedback from cross-functional teams and assist in revising designs based on inputSupport file setup and formatting for internal review and final productionStage 3:
