Job Description

A leading, investment-backed, international Vertical Software and Solutions business is looking to hire a Sales Manager. European Headquartered, they design, develop and market SaaS Solutions and are backed by a leading, pan European growth buyout fund. They have seen top line growth YoY for the last 10 years, and have over tripled their revenue over the last 3 years. As a result of this exceptional organic and acquisitional growth, they are looking to create a new role; Sales Manager, based in Oslo, reporting to the VP Sales.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with business objectives. You will lead and manage a sales team (10 heads), drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. Key skills required: It is essential that you speak Norwegian and EnglishA wealth of experience working for a SaaS businessThe ability to manage a sales team where you can drive change and develop individualsThe ability to create an energetic, driven and positive cultureA driven and well-presented strategic thinker, with a strong record of achievement will thrive in this environment.
