Marketing & Communications Specialist

To help us make a strong and successful entry, we’re hiring our first dedicated Marketing & Communications Specialist in Latvia. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead digital campaigns, shape customer communications, and localize a proven Nordic brand for the Latvian consumer. You’ll work with experienced colleagues in Estonia — but have full ownership of marketing execution on the ground.

💡 This is not just about running campaigns — it’s about building presence, growth, and trust in a new market. 🔧 What you’ll do: Plan and execute fully digital marketing campaigns across key channels (social, Google, YouTube, email)Localize and adapt Alexela’s brand message for the Latvian marketManage both awareness and conversion-focused tactics and budgetsUse retargeting and targeting tools to reach the right audiences and optimize performanceTrack results, analyze data, and continuously improve effectivenessAct as the voice of the Latvian customer in the organizationBuild relationships with agencies, media, and partners locally✅ What we’re looking for: Must-haves:

3+ years of experience in marketing or communications (ideally in energy, utilities, telecoms, or fast-paced B2C)Proven results in digital campaign execution and customer acquisitionUnderstanding of Latvian consumer behavior and digital media landscapeStrong Latvian and English language skillsHands-on, data-driven mindset with a strategic approachNice-to-haves: Experience launching or growing a brand in a competitive marketEstonian language skills and/or experience working with cross-border teamsFamiliarity with audience targeting tools (e. g. , exclusion lists, lookalike audiences, email campaigns)🎁 What we offer:
