You’ll coach and manage a team of 3 Senior Closers (soon to be 4) and 7 Go-To-Market Analysts - helping them become more effective, consistent, and confident. You’ll also stay close to the action yourself, taking on strategic opportunities and playing a direct role in driving revenue. This is a leadership role for someone who leads by example, balances short-term performance with long-term capability-building, and wants to shape how we scale our go-to-market function. 🛠What You’ll Be DoingThis is a high-ownership, high-impact role across three core pillars:
