Job DescriptionAs a pivotal member of the LEGO Agency's Global Creative Leadership Team, the Creative Director will not only shape the creative vision but also play a critical role in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire a diverse team of creatives and drive strategic initiatives ultimately contributing to the LEGO Group's mission of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow. Core ResponsibilitiesThe Creative Director is a People Leader role, that will be part of the LEGO agency Global Creative LT in Billund, reporting into the Sr.

Director of Creative Operations and Development. Responsibilities includeDrive creative excellence, and impact on business, by leading and making work on global creative platforms and innovation campaigns for the LEGO® Brand. Elevate with your strategic thinking and your excellent work the creative output of the LEGO® Brand, always be on the lookout for modern and innovative creative solutions. Demonstrate a deep understanding and familiarity with modern advertising, digital and social marketing practicesLead and mentor a team of creatives, senior and junior, and elevate their creative output. Work with our Sr.

Director Creative Ops and Development to ensure that teams have a clear growth path, timely reviews, and can deliver outstanding work. Contribute with your though leadership to the innovation of the LEGO® brand – help evolve and re-imagine at key touchpoints on different channels. Engage with Senior Stakeholders across the LEGO® Group to implement and evolve work. Play your part in our team succeedingOur LEGO Agency (OLA) is an organization that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group.

The global development is driven out of the LEGO Groups head Quarter in Billund, Denmark. Location wise OLA has got 5 main Hubs based in 4 main regions – CPH, AMS, EMEA, China & APAC. Creative Director position will be placed in the LEGO Agency Copenhagen or Billund, DENMARK Hub. Do you have what it takes?Extensive relevant experience with an integrated portfolio and relevant case studies for Global Brands. A track-record of great, influential creative work and solutions. Ability to grow and mentor creatives, ability to provide clear and effective feedback to teams.

Background in advertising, with experience at advertising agencies or other creative companies. Able to lead and craft conceptual advertising executions from brief to production. Able to present to senior stakeholders. Great communication and presentation skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at a time. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple colleagues and also to lead teams. Self-motivated, driven, strategic-minded and a great teammate. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
