Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive BPO Manager to lead the training, development, and day-to-day management of our office team. The BPO Manager will oversee staff performance, monitor service quality, and ensure that employees meet daily objectives.

Job ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management: Oversee day-to-day BPO operations. Lead, train, and develop office staff to achieve high levels of productivity and service quality. Communicate effectively across teams, influencing and motivating staff toward company goals. Monitor individual and team performance daily, ensuring objectives are met. Provide coaching and feedback to office team members. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs. Foster a professional, collaborative, and positive office culture. Operational OversightOversee office systems, ensuring processes align with company standards and compliance requirements.
Ensure the office is kept clean, safe, and organized, coordinating with cleaning staff or vendors as needed. Make recommendations and suggestions for office improvements to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. Administrative & Financial SupportMaintain accurate and confidential personnel records. Serve as a point of contact between employees, management, and external partners. Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and invoice processing. Oversee timekeeping, and basic bookkeeping functions. Prepare reports and presentations for management. Quality & Service ManagementSupport employee onboarding/offboarding and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain high standards of customer service and operational quality.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact service delivery or employee performance. Collaborate with senior management to set performance benchmarks and drive continuous improvement. Facilities & TechnologyCoordinate with IT and facilities vendors to maintain office infrastructure. Manage workspace allocation, safety protocols, and office improvements. Support the implementation of software tools and systems. SkillsProven experience as a BPO Manager, Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role. Familiarity with budgeting, payroll support, and expense tracking. Strong skills in team leadership, staff development, and performance management. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and service quality. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not always required). Familiarity with project management or HR systems is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and other office software. SalaryCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
