Over time, your focus will move where you add the most value, but you'll touch all three:1. Work on Marketing & Growth ProjectsWork with Fred on promotion and marketing campaigns: Social media, PPC, PR, GEO, and other experiments to bring in more leads.Help improve landing pages, creatives, and copy.Test new ideas, track what works, and help us double down on what actually moves the needle.2. Support trip operations & guest experienceLearn how EJ runs trips for demanding US travelers.Provide support with trip operations and guest experiences.Over time, and once you're fully trained, help provide outstanding and meaningful care to our traveling guests.3.
