Job Description & RequirementsKey Responsibilities1. Liaise with clients to understand business needs and provide professional cloud service consultations and solution recommendations.2. Manage and maintain existing client accounts, follow up on project progress, and coordinate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, delivery) to ensure smooth and timely execution.3. Handle business orders, contract procedures, invoicing and payment follow-ups, and ensure continuous client support.4. Consolidate client feedback and assist in improving service workflows and product enhancements.5. Support marketing activities, industry events, and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness and identify potential leads.Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2–3 years of experience in business operations or sales roles within the internet or technology sector. Experience in cloud computing is an advantage.2. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin in order to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders across key regional markets.3. Strong communication and client-servicing skills, with a professional and positive working attitude.4. Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to coordinate resources effectively to resolve issues. month salary range:6000-8000SGD
