Job Scope of a Strategic Partnership Manager(Business Development Department – Cleaning & Facilities Services) Partnership Development & Relationship ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with property management firms, facility owners, commercial clients, government agencies, and industry associations.Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure continued business collaboration.Maintain a strong client network and act as the main liaison for partnership-related matters. Business Growth & Revenue ExpansionDevelop strategies to expand Shiners Facilities Pte Ltd's cleaning and facility management portfolio.Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, bids, and tender submissions for new contracts.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs (e.g., pest control, landscaping, disinfection services).Conduct market research to uncover new business segments or service opportunities. Strategic Planning & Market PositioningAnalyse industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands within the Singapore cleaning & FM industry.Recommend strategic initiatives to strengthen the company's market position and brand presence.Support the planning of annual business development roadmaps and partnership initiatives. Collaboration With Operations & Service Delivery TeamsWork closely with Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure proposed service packages are feasible and profitable.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and compliance with service expectations.Address client concerns or operational issues by liaising with relevant teams. Contract Negotiation & ManagementLead discussions on commercial terms, contract scope, pricing structures, and partnership agreements.Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, procurement requirements, and industry standards. Branding, Networking & Stakeholder EngagementRepresent the company at business meetings, industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions.Strengthen Shiners Facilities Pte Ltd's visibility and credibility in the cleaning and facilities management sector.Cultivate relationships with government agencies (e.g., NEA, BCA), real estate associations, and corporate partners. Performance Monitoring & ReportingMonitor partnership performance metrics, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and contract renewals.Prepare management reports on partnership outcomes, pipeline development, and business opportunities.
