About The RoleThis role is responsible for the maintenance, development, deployment and Integral Life Application for AIA Singapore.What You’ll Be DoingServes as the primary point of contact for business users of the Integral Life Application, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.Lead the investigation and resolution of production incidents and bugs, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.Manage and respond to user-reported incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Design and implement robust health check protocols to maintain system stability, performance, and reliability.Participate in solution delivery including requirements gathering, gap analysis, impact assessment, solution design, development, unit testing, code reviews, and deployment and ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), internal IT governance standards, and regulatory requirements.Maintain consistent and transparent communication with business users and technology stakeholders to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.Ensures that Integral Life BAU issues are resolved within agreed SLA.Meets the quality standards defined in internal guidelines and procedures.Responsible for communicating with Business Users of Integral Life Application and with other teams within Technology department to provide necessary support.What We Are Looking ForDegree in IT or related areas. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Integral Life application maintenance and development. Minimum of 6 to 8 years of working experience in the insurance industry. Knowledge of AS400, COBOL, Control Language, and SQL development. Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholders’ management. Always have customer in mind when dealing with any situations/projects/deliverables. Able to negotiate with, influence and engage others in complex and conflicting situations across multiple parties to drive a positive outcome. A team-player with systematic problem-solving approach and have sense of ownership and drive.
