Job Description

In this role, you will act as a central link between internal teams and customers across the European region, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. You will oversee demand planning activities, anticipate customer needs, and support the successful execution of product launches. A key part of your responsibilities will be to nurture strong customer relationships by offering proactive support, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the supply cycle. You will also monitor operational performance, analyze emerging issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges that could impact efficiency or customer satisfaction. Your strategic insight and coordination will help drive service excellence and operational reliability.Demand PlanningRESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :Ensure forecasts are provided monthly and are tracked and validated against the Agreement.Analyze and update forecasts and open orders reports for regular sales used for production and finance/budgeting purposes, including new launches for selected partners/products.Ensure the future needs of customers are accurately reflected in Forecast file and in SAP with the necessary provisions.Work closely with the customer to keep track of sales and inventory. In this context, it will be required to drive business reviews with customers to identify areas for improvement according to the issues that may be raised.Communicate to customers any deviation and / or delays in the delivery of the products and offer alternative solutions if possible.Participate in the budget process closely for products / customers under your responsibility.Commercial LaunchBe the primary point of contact between the customers and internal teams. Liaise with PM, IRA and PMO for new product launches. Responsible for the proper follow on the documentation required to start and steer projects.Ensure with customers the products, formats, minimum quantities, discounts and time according to the objectives of volume and profitability.Communicate and update internal teams on the status of the launches monthly and via Quarterly launch review meetings.Account ManagementResponsible for the Contract Management and compliance of the contract.Upload contract pricing, tender prices, prices following an Amendment for in SAP following the Price is Right procedure.Manage contractual obligations, such as milestone payments, commission payments, testing fee payments are invoiced and tracked.Ensure all activities such as new accounts are created in SAP, new SKUs are created and pricing is uploaded as per contractual obligations.Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Partners on current business as well as New product launches in coordination with BDs.Submit requests and follow at the regulatory level in order to provide the necessary follow-up with the Business Development team. If required, involve Business Development team to obtain the necessary documents to obtain the Marketing Authorization.Review market trends, competitive environment, pricing reviews, contract expiration dates and renewals and marketing support (where applicable).Skills, Knowledge & AbilitiesExcellent Team Player with a bias for action and an acute sense of urgency.Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English and good knowledge of French.Excellent with software tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Must be agile, results oriented and business acumen driven.A solid background in Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance and/or Sales would be an asset.Good knowledge of the generic environment would be an asset.
