Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bansko for a Spa Manager at Pirin Golf & Country Club. The Spa Manager will oversee and manage daily spa operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities include managing spa staff, overseeing budgets, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ensuring the provision of quality skin care services to clients. The individual will also contribute to enhancing the spa’s reputation as a key feature of the resort. Qualifications Experience in Spa Management and the ability to lead and coordinate a team effectivelyStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring excellent client experiencesProficiency in Budgeting to manage and oversee spa operations effectivelyKnowledge of Skin Care and wellness servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work onsite in Bansko on a full-time basisPrevious experience in the spa and wellness industry, preferably within high-end resortsDegree or relevant certification in hospitality, wellness, or a related field is preferred
