To assess and process all health/ medical claim for reimbursement in line with policy guidelines within authority limitResponsible for the day-to-day operations for guarantee facilities (hospital admission and discharge)To be responsible for claim settlement and ensure payments are process within the agreed turnaround time and service standardTo support Helpline team with enquiries pertaining to medical reimbursementTo response to customer’s enquiries on claim reimbursement matters in a timely mannerAssume the responsibilities of other team members as and when requiresParticipate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the departmentFamiliarity with using ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivityImportant to your success:
Diploma/ Degree in any medical or health science related field of studyFresh graduate or Candidate with 2 - 3 years’ working experience in healthcare related industry; knowledge in medical/ health claimsPossess good communication skill and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa MalaysiaMeticulous and attention to detailsAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentResult-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer CentricityDemonstrates ability to work as a team to deliver Allianz’s enhanced customer experience journeyApplicants must be willing to work in KL SentralLet's care for tomorrow.
