Who You’ll Work WithThis role will be part of the Nike Direct Store (NSO) Planning team, collaborating closely with the Business Planner, Stores Location Planner, and Assortment Planning Analyst. This role partners across Marketplace Supply Chain, Retail Operations & Services, Store Teams, and the Distribution Centre to ensure seamless product flow and healthy inventory levels aligned with financial goals.Who We Are Looking ForNike is looking for a collaborative team player with a sharp analytical, data-driven mindset. They bring strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across function.Minimum 2 years of directly relevant work experience.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders effectively.Deep understanding of customers, competitors, and retail trends; familiarity with the sports apparel and footwear market is essential.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g., spreadsheet creation, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.).Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to engage senior management across business areas.Store experience is highly preferred.Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Japanese).What You’ll Work OnYou will play a pivotal role in ensuring the right products reach the right stores at the right time. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic seasonal plans and serve consumers through timely, and accurate allocation decisions.Execute daily, weekly, and monthly receipt plans aligned with sales forecasts, store capacity, and promotional calendars.Ensure timely order execution by fixed deadlines to guarantee on-time store delivery.Support weekly reporting across consumer segments, gender, category sales, sell-through, and stock-to-sales analysis.Assist with pre-season allocation load-ins to launch new seasonal products.Manage in-season trade actions to address risks and opportunities within your allocation portfolio.Contribute to assortment builds and inventory plans for new store openings.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and senior management on all business aspects.
