Job Description

ABC Factors S. A. , a subsidiary of Alpha Bank Group, is seeking a Business Development Associate to join its Commercial team. As a Business Development Associate, you will support the growth of the client portfolio by identifying and approaching prospective customers, preparing tailored collaboration proposals, and promoting factoring services across business segments. Your role is key to expanding the company’s market presence and contributing to sustainable revenue growth. What you will be doingSupport the execution of the Division’s action plan and contribute to the achievement of assigned annual business targetsCollaborate with Alpha Bank’s network (e. g.

, Business Centers, Small Business Banking) to identify and approach potential clientsResearch alternative lead sources through market analysis, networking, and monitoring of key industry playersVisit prospective clients to assess transactional cycles, understand specific needs, and gather data for preparing a proposalPresent the company’s services and their value proposition to potential clientsCoordinate internally with relevant departments to design suitable cooperation frameworksNegotiate proposal terms with prospective clients and prepare documentation for approval by the Credit CommitteeMonitor all approval stages and provide any additional required informationCommunicate the approved terms to the client and facilitate onboarding processesTrack market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunitiesParticipate in promotional events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote its servicesWhat you need to haveA Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business AdministrationA Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields (preferred)At least three (3) years of experience in factoring, business development, or client acquisitionSolid knowledge of factoring services, financial analysis, and credit assessmentStrong stakeholder and client relationship management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesCritical thinking and the ability to identify opportunities and propose effective solutionsFluency in both Greek and English (oral and written)Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving business goalsWhat we offerIt’s all about our people.
