The restaurant became popular for its high quality of seafood and services. Currently, Fun Food runs different restaurants; Dory Seafood, Fun Crab, The Cut Steakhouse, Hiko Teppanyaki, Mras Prov, and many others to come. Beside dine in, Fun Food Co. , Ltd offers various options to customer including delivery, catering, and live cooking.

The company is constantly looking for opportunities to expand its footprint with new location and concepts to be brought to Cambodia.      Overall Purpose of the Role:  General Managers ensure the seamless execution of the business strategy, driving operations excellence. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies that align with the company vision, values and long-term goals. Role DescriptionThe General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff performance, optimizing sales, and maintaining operational efficiency.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills to create a welcoming environment for customers and a productive workplace for employees. Responsibilities1.   BusinessDesign strategy and set goals for growth. Ensure smooth and high standard operation of the mart. Manage operations and finances of business. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance. Prepare regular reports for upper management. looking new products or new suppliers. Making sure the quality of store operation is up to standard. Manage different departments within the store.

In coordination with stakeholders, develop and implement an integrated business plan for L0/L1 level hospitals that includes key strategies, tactics, financial objectives, budgets, channel structure, resource deployment, Analyze financial and operating performance against plan and take corrective actions as necessary2.   SalesTarget Sale planning and implementation. Measure sales performanceCreate sales targets that you and your staff can visualize. Motivate your team to reach sales goals.  3.   PeopleEnsuring that the store is staffed with employees who are trained, motivated, and respectful of customer needs. Lead the team to create, develop and update any related procedures/ systems and operational manual.

Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally. Direct the employee assessment process. Preside over staff meetings and follow up. 4.   CustomerEstablishing and enforcing store policies to ensure customer satisfaction and employee safety. Handle customer complaint and other problems. QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business management, retail, or a related field. A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in franchise coffeeA background in operation management, marketing, franchise coffee is preferred. Proven track record in managing operations, financial performance, and team development. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of franchise business models, compliance, and reporting.
