Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 1、项目方面：熟悉项目内所有工作内容及标准；按时按量，准确提交项目内所有工作文件；熟悉公司内部业务、报价流程、盈利模式； 2、客户方面：准确理解客户brief；把控客户期望值；引导客户向有利于公司业务方向推进工作； 3、团队方面：合理安排项目组内分工，帮助team内每位同事的梳理工作，高效地汇报工作。管理团队，负责1-2个项目。 4、方案策写：方案逻辑思路清晰，能把控方案质量。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历； 2、有较强的人际交流能力和良好的团队合作精神，能承担较大的工作压力； 3、至少4年互联网或广告公关行业从业经验； 4、熟悉互联网传播环境及趋势，熟悉美妆行业优先。
