Monitors candidate identification and selection process. Partner with department heads to understand their specific needs and requirements for new hires. Uses all available on the job training tools for employees; supervise on-going training initiatives and conducts training, when appropriate. Ensures coordination of new hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company culture.
Track Talent Roadmap, oversee the implementation of the talent management roadmap, including conducting regular check-ins with new hires (e. g. , 30-day and 60-day follow-ups) to gather feedback, assess progress, and identify any areas requiring additional support or development. Based on the information gathered from these check-ins, develop and implement necessary action plans or follow-up actions to ensure employee success and satisfaction. Identify and promote opportunities for employee growth within the organization. Provide resources and guidance to support employee career aspirations. Ensure timely completion of probation reviews according to company policies. Partner with department heads to develop and implement effective performance improvement plans (PIPs) for employees encountering performance issues during probation.
